Download a database whenever you choose, with an API key.
The Database API downloads any database your organization holds a license for, with an API key carrying the db.download scope. It suits a job that runs on your own schedule, and it's what the CLI and the client libraries call:

Download history lists every download your organization made, refusals included. Which credential each endpoint takes is on Authentication.
To have new builds come to you instead, announce them to a webhook, whose payload carries these same download links, or have them written to your own storage: AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob Storage or SFTP.
